How to Pay Your CenturyLink Bill
What CenturyLink offers
CenturyLink (part of Lumen Technologies) provides home internet, phone, and TV service, including fiber options in many areas.
Paying your bill
Go to centurylink.com/billpay. You can pay as a guest with your account or billing phone number via “Quick Pay,” or sign in for full account access, including AutoPay setup.
Other ways to pay
- Phone: call the automated line at 800-244-1111 with your account number and payment info ready. A convenience fee applies to card payments; paying from a bank account avoids it.
- Mail: the correct payment address depends on your state — it’s printed on your bill, and using that one is safer than an address copied from elsewhere, since these have changed over time.
- In person: at a CheckFree pay agent or Western Union location.
- Mobile app: the CenturyLink app supports Google Pay and Apple Wallet.
Getting help
For account-specific questions, use the contact options on centurylink.com rather than a number found elsewhere.
