For this, you can visit www.td.com. Here on the page from the menu panel click on ‘Products’ and in the drop-down click on ‘Mortgage’. Here on the directed page scroll down and click on ‘Get a quote’ in orange. You will get a dialogue box opened and here you have to enter

TD Bank Mortgages and New Home Loan Rates and Quotes

  • The type of loan you are looking for

  • Mention the purchase price

  • The percentage of the down payment minimum to maximum

  • Property zip code

  • Specify your credit condition

  • Mention the duration of ownership

  • Mention your family type

  • Specify the type of residence it will be

  • Specify if you are a US citizen or not

  • Mention the annual property tax

  • Mention the monthly home owner’s insurance

  • You will get a dialogue box and here type the mortgage loan officer name, county.

  • This way you will be connected with the details and you can apply for the prequalification.

Check application status

You have applied for the loan via a lender thus you have to check for the application status from the officer, and for that, you have to contact the toll-free number, 1-866-325-4516.

If your loan gets approved then you have to sign up with an account and after logging in you can pay the loan properly.

  • To sign up you have to go to www.td.com

  • On the landing page at the right side click on ‘Sign up’ in green.

If you have forgotten your username or password you must visit the same page as before and at the right side click on ‘Forgot your password?’. Here enter your username, the last 4 digits of your social security number and click on ‘Continue’. For username, you have to call at the toll-free number- 888-751-9000.
