To pay the fee, you will get two options, online payment, and mail payment.

Mail payment
If you have considered paying the fees by mail, you must know, it will take a long time to process. However, if you are unable to pay online then you need to review the invoice you got, and seek out how much you have to pay for the visa and the affidavit support. You need to send the documents with the amount and that has to be send to, NVC Fee Processing Center, P.O. Box 790136, St. Louis, MO 63179-0136. Also, you might not pay with a personal check, because it will never be accepted.
