Tracking the claim
If you want to track the claims then you have to log into your account and with that, you can check the claim status.

Forgot username or password
If you have forgotten your username or password of AARP, then you have to visit the same page, and in the login page click on, ‘Forgot user ID or password?’. For the first enter your policy number, the registered email address and hit on ‘Continue’. For password, input your user ID, the registered email address and press on ‘Next’. Following the prompts and you will be able to get back the information.
