Pay The Quest Diagnostics Bill

To create an account with Quest diagnostics and you will be able to pay the online bill upon logging in. Heres how you do it.
Create an account with Quest Diagnostics
To create an account you need to visit, www.questdiagnostics.com
In the landing page, at the top right side click on, ‘My Quest patient portal’.
On the next page, click on, ‘Create account’.
Here type the,
Username
Password
Re-type password and click on, ‘Next’ and you will be taken to the next page
In here you need to input your,
First name
Middle name (optional)
Last name
Date of birth
Sex and press on ‘Next’.
On the adjacent page, you have to type your,
Primary number
Secondary phone number
Email address
Re-enter email address
Address
Address 2
City
State
Zip code and the press on ‘Next’.
After this, you will have to follow the other prompts and then you will be able to create an account.

Logging into the quest diagnostics account
To log in you have to visit, www.questdiagnostics.com
Here at the top the right side and press on, ‘My Quest patient portal’
On the next page, at the top right side click on, ‘Sign in’.
In here type the username and the confirmed password then press on, ‘Login’.
Forgot username or password
To log in you have to visit the same page and in the sign in place click on, ‘Forgot username’.
Here type the,
First name
Last name
Registered email address
Date of birth and the press on ‘Submit’.
In case of password hit on, ‘Reset password’ and enter the username then click on, ‘Next’. Follow the prompts after it and you will get to retrieve the details.
Make an appointment
To make an appointment you need to visit, www.appointment.questdiagnostics.com/patient/confirmation
Here you can type your address and find the nearest Quest diagnostics center.
Or you can click on the left side, ‘Schedule an appointment in green.
Here choose the sender for the test.
Then select the test you want and then you can find out the convenient location for you.
If you want to view or cancel your appointment then scroll down on the same page and input the confirmation code and click on ‘Find appointment’.
Follow the prompts and you will get to view or cancel the same.
Forgotten confirmation code
If you have forgotten the code then on the same page, www.appointment.questdiagnostics.com/patient/confirmation
In here click on, ‘Forgot confirmation code’.
Here input the registered email address, and the phone number then press on, ‘Send details’.
Pay the Quest diagnostics bill
You will get three ways for it, online, by mail and by phone. For online you need to visit, www.billing.questdiagnostics.com/PatientBilling. Here, by inputting the lab code, invoice number and then clicking on the ‘Submit’, will take you to the payment gateway by logging in.
Online payment
To pay online you need to visit the above link and then log in to pay the bill. You can take note from the earlier mentioned process.
Pay by mail
You will get the mail address in your invoice.
Pay by phone
To pay by phone you need to call at the toll-free number- 877-287-8155.
