Register And Pay Your Pacific Gas & Electric Bill

Here under the menu panel on the left check the login box and at the bottom of the same, press on the ‘Register’ button.

If you are a service holder then press on the ‘Yes’ for the question, ‘Are you the account holder?’. After clicking on it, press on ‘Next’.

Choose if it’s residential or for business.

For residential enter your account number, phone number and the last 4 digits of your SSN OR social security number.

After inputting the details press on ‘Next’.

For a business account, input the Tax Id before and click on ‘Next’.

Following the prompts afterward, the registration process will be completed.

Just after you register with an account, now you have to log in to your online account to pay your PG&E bill.

Go to the same page www.pge.com

Here under the menu panel on the left enter your username and the confirmed password.

After entering the details press on, ‘Sign in’.

You will be logged in easily and can pay the bill.
Forgot username or password
In any case, if you have lost your PG&E login credentials you must visit the same page as before and in the login box, press on ‘Forgot username’. On the directed page input the registered email address and click on ‘Submit’. In case of a password, hit on, ‘Forgot password’. Here type your username and click on the ‘Submit’ button. Payment in person
To avail this, you must visit, www.pge.com . Here under ‘Your account’ menu options press on the ‘Ways to pay’ button. In here you will get the ‘Pay by mail or pay in person’ option. Under the page click on, ‘Locate a payment centre’. On the directed page input your address, city, zip code, distance and pressing on ‘Submit’ will get you the nearest payment locations.
